Reviveglow is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our approach to refunds, returns, and cancellations for paid services and digital products.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- You have not substantially accessed or used the purchased service or product
- The service did not meet the description provided on our website
- The service was defective or incorrectly delivered
- You have changed your mind (for digital products, within 14 days)
Refund Process
- Contact us at info@reviveglow.world with your order details and reason for refund request
- We will review and respond within 5 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- You will receive confirmation via email when the refund is complete
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Services that have been fully completed or substantially consumed
- Downloadable digital products that have been fully downloaded
- Consulting sessions that have been attended
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago
Cancellation of Services
You may cancel ongoing programmes or subscriptions at any time by contacting us. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Workshop & Event Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 14 days before an event: full refund. Cancellations within 14 days: 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days: no refund (unless we cancel the event).
Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any paid service within 30 days of purchase, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Simply contact us with your order number.
Return Shipping
For physical products, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent. Provide tracking information with your refund request.
Subscription Terms
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
Payment Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider, we will investigate. Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
